Makikihi Steak Skin On Fries complete the range with keeping the skin on the potatoes. It contains at least 50 percent of the root vegetable's fiber and a great taste every time.

Cooking Instructions:

Deep Fry

Preheat deep fryer to 180º C. Fry chips for 3-3½ minutes or until crisp and golden. Shake basket well, drain and serve.

Oven Bake

Preheat oven to 230ºC. Place frozen chips on an oven tray in a single layer. This will ensure maximum crunch. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until crunchy and golden.

Grill

Preheat grill to medium-high. Place frozen chips on an oven tray. Place under the grill and cook until crunchy and golden, turning occasionally.

Always cook Makikihi Fries from frozen.
Do not thaw out prior to cooking.
